Ring Roller Mill Installation and Demand


1. Examination and preparation before installation

1.1 Dismantle the packaging and check all the accessories and parts according to the consignment list. Check whether there are something dilapidated in the process of transportation, and take steps to repair them before installation.

1.2 Check the turning parts of the equipment to make sure that it works agilely and there isn’t any limitation and abnormal noise.

① Smashed rotor:Turn the connected cardo to examine the turning status of the rotor manually.

② Grading wheel:Unload the lid of the grading fan and manually turn the fan slightly to examine the turning status of the grading wheel.

③ Fan:Unload the lip of the fan to examine turning status of the impeller with the direct-linked fan. Turn the connected cardo to examine the turning status of the impeller manually with the indirect-linked fan.

④ Closing fan motor:Turn the impeller of the Closing fan motor to examine the turning status of the impeller with wrench.

⑤ Discharge stirrer:Turn the axletree of the stirrer with wrench or turn the connected cardo manually to examine the turning status of the stirrer.

1.3 Blow the dust or the sand grains in the equipment away with the compressed air.

1.4 All the control switches of the electric control cabinet must be sensitive and reliant. The electric cabinet had been adjusted beforehand. So customers don’t change or dismantle the circuitry inside the cabinet optionally to avoid accidents. If you fine something about the quality problem of the circuitry and the electric appliance component, please call us in time.

1.5 Examine whether the base sizes is up to the mustard for the bucket elevator, fan and big-type machines that need special concrete base. Examine whether the size of the pre-burying holes of the foundation bolts for secondary grouting is up to the mustard too.

2. Equipment installation

2.1 Ascertain the equipment installation form, install the heavy equipment first, and then install other remaining equipments. That’s the principle of the equipment installation. Try the best to make the installation orderly and beautiful. Usually install the main engine first, and then install the vortex segregator and the deduster.

When install the small-type equipment, you had better underlay a rubber sheet of 5-10mm if the condition permits. That will eliminate the vibration and smoothen automatically. If the ground isn’t smooth, underlay full every fulcrum to ensure the horizontal installation and avoid vibration and noise. The main engine can be fixed by the inflated foundation bolts or not. But the fan may be fixed the inflated foundation bolts as well to avoid vibration and noise.

The process of big-type machine that needs special base is as follow:

① Clean the excavation to remove all the remnant dust inside the pre-burying parts and the pre-remain holes of foundation bolts.

② Put the speed reducer assembly into the installed position of the excavation.don’t locate at present)。

③ The bottom of the main engine support must be higher than the base surface for 100-150. This size can be controlled by the sizing block first. After locating the main engine, enclose around the engine support with template. Each side of the circle is longer than the shape of engine support for 100-150and higher than the bottom of the engine support for 1020.Use the higher grade of concrete to secondary grouting the inside space of the template and the foundation bolt-hole.  

④ After putting the speed reducer assembly in the right position, connect the speed reducer support and the pre-burying parts firmly by welding. And then fill the speed reducer support with concrete.

2.2 When connecting the components and the conduit, don’t tuck forcibly or knock with heavy hammer to avoid distorting the parts or the conduit.

2.3 All the Interfaces must be underplayed by rubber mat or asbestine thread. Lock tightly the bolts and ensure that gas leaking will not happen.

2.4 The barrel of the main engine and the wind-tube must be aligned orderly before connecting. The soft tubes can be made of thick sailcloth or rubber. The double end must be locked tightly with pipe hoop to ensure

fine airtightness.

2.5 The electrical control cabinet must be installed in the place where the operation is convenient and the running status of the equipment can be seen. The wire must be laid inside the pipe. And it may be laid into the cement floor in the form of concealed wire as well. If open wire laying,it must be firm and beautiful.  

2.6 After linking the wire, start the machine and see whether the turning direction of the electric machine accords with the demand stipulated in the instruction or in the mark of the equipment.

2.7 When using soft-join for the big-type equipment for example the mid-barrel(HLM-880,MT-188),align the outer diameter of the barrel first, and then find out the level position of the lid. Ensure that the grading axletree is vertical. Make the central lines of the grading axletree and the barrel coincide with each other or deviate for a bit. Link the wind-pipe of soft-join after aligning the outer diameter. Use the soft pipe thimble which is made of thick sailcloth or rubber to join the aperture between each part. Then lock the both side tightly with tube hoops. 

2.8 The installation of electromagnetic vibrating feeder

Electromagnetic vibrating machine is installed in the form of suspension. The hanging rope of the feeding trough splays out for 10°. That will be propitious to run stably.

① After installation, there must be some space around the electromagnetic vibrator. Don’t let the barrier affect its free motion.

② The electric vibrator installed must be placed in level or slant slightly to the discharge outlet. Loosen the bolts locked for examination before running.

③ Connect the lines according to the electric principle chart and the installation drawing of electric appliance. Install the grounded protection.

2.9 Sound barrier must be installed strictly. Except for the stated blowhole, all apertures must be plugged up to avoid the noise getting out.

3. Examination after installation

3.1 After installation of the complete, check the bolts connecting each part to see whether it is firm enough.

3.2 Examine the airtightness of the system. Plug up all wind-entrances of the main engine. Then start the fan and watch the current value .If the airtightness of the system is fine, the current value is close to or a bit higher than the value when all wind valves is closed. If not, the airtightness of the system is bad. Find out the problems and solve them. In order to strengthen system airtightness, connect the joint where the aperture is larger using rough asbestos lines or more rubber mats and lock the bolts tightly.

The parts need examination include deduster seal, deduster lid, the joint between the upside and the underside of deduster,the joint between the fan upside and the equipment,the joint between the upper- barrel and the underside of vortex separation, the joint between each pipe, the joint between the fan valve and the pipe, soft joint, the joint between the fan and the pipe.                                                                       

If the gas leaks badly, the sound of that can be heard. The further debugging will not start until the problem of gas leaking has been solved drastically.  

3.3 Start the machine after electrifying, check the turning part to see whether it is agile and without abnormal south. Pay attention to the turning direction of the electric machine which must accord to the standard signed on the mark.

3.4 Examine oil-injection system to see whether there is oil in it to ensure that it can lubricate normally after starting the machine.

3.5 If there are holes in the ground surface, cover well with board to avoid accidents.

3.6 When finishing examination, the machine can be put into production.
